The initiator of the development of Taman Mini
"Indonesia Indah" (TMII) is Siti Hartinah Soeharto,
fondly called Ibu Tien Soeharto. After the idea came to
her to listen and appreciate the content of the speech of
President Soeharto on balanced development General

PGN operates a natural gas distribution pipeline network
stretching more than 3750 km, supplying natural gas to power
plants, industry, commercial businesses, including restaurants,
hotels and hospitals, and households, in some the country's
most densely populated areas. PGN derives a profit from the
sale of the gas to its customers.
The natural gas transmission pipeline operated by PGN
comprises a high-pressure pipeline network, some 2,100 km in
length, which transports natural gas from the producers' gas fields to the
buyers receiving stations. PGN receives a Toll Fee for the transportation of the
gas as specified in Gas Transportation Agreements (GTA) operable over 10-
20 years.
What We Do:

PGN operates a natural gas distribution pipeline network
stretching more than 3750 km, supplying natural gas to power
plants, industry, commercial businesses, including restaurants,
hotels and hospitals, and households, in some the country's
most densely populated areas. PGN derives a profit from the
sale of the gas to its customers.
To oversee the transmission and distribution operations, PGN
has divided its business area into four geographically focused

Strategic Business Units:
 SBU Distribution Region I, covering the area from South Sumatera to
Western Java (including Jakarta - Bogor)
 SBU Distribution Region II, covering East Java
 SBU Distribution Region III, covering North Sumatera, Pekanbaru and the
Batam Islands
 SBU Transmission, covering the transmission network in South Sumatera
and West Java.
What We Do:

(2012), Sorowako, South Sulawesi.4

PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (Vale Indonesia) peviously
known as PT International Nickel Indonesia, Tbk
(PTI), is a foreign investment company with a license
from the Government of Indonesia to explore, mine, process and produce
nickel. The company was established in July 1968.
Currently operating in Sulawesi Island under a Contract of Work (CoW)
agreement with the Indonesian Government. The company signed the initial
CoW agreement with the government on July 27, 1968. On Jan. 15, 1996, we
signed an agreement regarding the modification and extension of the original
CoW, effective from April 1, 2008, to Dec. 28, 2025.
Vale Canada (formerly Vale Inco Limited), a subsidiary of Vale's base metals
business and the world's second-largest nickel producer, is Vale Indonesia's
majority shareholder (58.73 percent). The remaining stakes are owned by
Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. Ltd. (20.09 percent), public and other
shareholders (21.18 percent).
Vale Indonesia are currently well on way to becoming the largest nickel
producer in the world, by creating a long-term value all through excellence and
passion toward people and the Earth
What We Do:
- Mechanical Asset Integrity Assessment for 458 facilities at Process Plant
area, Mining area and Utilities Dept.
- Conduct Vibration test (with spectrum), Noise measurement test,
Thermograph, Lube Oil Analysis, UT measurement test, Visual
observation.
- Define criticality level for each facilities
- Develop maintenance development plant (develop standards and
procedures of maintenance),
- Develop standard assessment for general facilities (steel structure, fuel
tank, piping, pressure vessel, etc).

Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) at PT. Indonesia Power
UBP Kamojang (IP) (2014)

Kamojang GBU is a power plant that uses
geothermal as its prime energy supply. Kamojang
GBU has 375 MW installed capacity that operates
of 3 sub units consist of: Sub Unit of Kamojang,

Sub Unit of Darajat, and Sub Unit of Gunung Salak.
Indonesia's geothermal energy is estimated contain up to 16.035 million
megawatts of potential energy. And, Kamojang Generation Business Unit
(GBU) is the biggest geothermal generating station in Indonesia and is owned
by PT Indonesia Power.
Geothermal energy is totally distinctive, easy to obtain continuously,
uninfluenced by weather, simply enough to explore and most importantly, it
needs relatively quite low investment.
Kamojang Generation Business Unit began its first operation through its Unit I
which inaugurated by Presiden Soeharto, on February 7th, 1983 and
subsequently Unit II and Unit III on July and November 1987, followed by the
release of Sub GBU Darajat in 1993 and Sub GBU Gunung Salak which
consists of Unit I 1994, Unit II in 1995 and Unit III in mid 1997.

What We Do:

BOB PT. Bumi Siak Pusako - Pertamina Hulu is an Join
Operation Agency to manage the CPP block (Coastal Plain
Pekanbaru) formed between PT. Bumi Siak Pusako as
regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) and PT. Pertamina as
the State Owned Enterprises (BUMN).

CPP block management authority is handed over to BOB PT. Bumi Siak
Pusako - Pertamina Hulu by the government of the Republic of Indonesia
through BPMIGAS as the official government agencies in the implementation
of the upstream Oil and Gas activities in Indonesia.

Java (ONWJ) especially ZULU area has
many platform to operate and service oil and
gas well which their equipment energized using electrical power with
transmission line 13.8 KV, and distribution line 480 V. The electrical
equipment ZULU area has been operated more 30 years where that need to
performed aging assessment to define their remaining life.

What We Do:
- Perform online test measurement generator, transformer, switchgear and
MCC
- Site survey and Collect data history failure, maintenance and operation
- Analyze aging mechanism and their effect
- Predict remaining life based on trend insulation and its reliability

The Saguling training house is Saguling's hydro-powered asset length of 20.5
m and width of 11.2 m whose function is intended as a place Organizing
activities undertaken by CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) related to
social in UP Saguling. Before it was renovated and changed function into the
building's initial training halls intended for the laboratory at the time of
hydropower development project Saguling by Proyek Induk Pembangkit Hidro

PT.Indonesia Power UP Saguling is a Power Plant
that use water as its prime energy supply (Hydro
Power Plant) , UP Saguling has 797,36 MW
installed capacity that operates of 8 Sub unit
consist of: Sub Unit Saguling, Sub Unit Karacak, Sub Unit Ubrug, Sub Unit
Plengan, Sub Unit Lamajan, Sub Unit Cikalong, Sub Unit Bengkok, Sub Unit
Parakan Kondang. Equipment of Power Plant Saguling has been operated 35
years where are needed to perform Reliability assessment to define its
reliability.
Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) Indonesia Power Darajat is part of UPJP
Kamojang which with electric power of 50 MW. Currently Darajat PLTP is
derating 5% with the risk of losing revenues worth 1.8 billion per month (20.6
billion per year) to Indonesia Power.
One of the causes of derating is the ineffectiveness of separators and
demisters in filtering steam into the plant.

Majority of X-Ray Field Pertamina EP equipment
asset are in mature condition and has been
operated in long time, more of topside equipment
experienced reduce in reliability of equipment performance due to has been
operated over from design life time operation. Extension of each equipment
service for support continuous operation require assurance for reliability in
system and performance for continuously without shutdown and safe.
Subsea power cable distributes electrical power from XRay Alpha field to
XRay Delta field. The type subseapower cable is EPR 15 Kv rate of voltage.
This power cable has serviced for 31 years.This condition need to conduct
Remaining Life Assessment to evaluate actual condition and reliability useful
life power cable.
Location of XRay Alpha Pertamina EP In North West Java Sea Near Balongan
Port Indramayu.
